Returns

You can return any unused helmet within 30 days of receiving your order.

The helmet must be in new condition, with original packaging and tags.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process after we receive the item.

Non-returnable items

Helmets that have been worn, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

Defects or Warranty Issues
If you believe your helmet has a defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos and a description. We will replace or refund defective items according to our warranty terms.
