We want you to feel completely confident using our products.
If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Returns

  • You can return any unused helmet within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The helmet must be in new condition, with original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process after we receive the item.

Non-returnable items

  • Helmets that have been worn, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

  • Helmets returned without original packaging or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

Defects or Warranty Issues

If you believe your helmet has a defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos and a description. We will replace or refund defective items according to our warranty terms.
